We like the use of images being examples of the text you are trying to describe for example the genre. We like your location ideas with the freestyle dancing to make it more fun to watch.
We really like the style you're going for and the simplicity of your idea- which we think will come across really well to your target audience. We feel that the freestyle dancers will create an element of disjuncture which looks good in music videos as long as it doesn't look too unrealistic.:)
The visuals have a nice style to them that'll be good, but it'll probably be difficult for you to effectively link together the locations of a field/park and a large city, being so different from each other.
The song in the video could have been closer to the style of the song you're actually using too, to better get across what you're aiming for.
I think that the ideas will all come together very successfully, the style that your band is going to portray appears to fairly clear. Something to consider could maybe be your location. As you have shown a range of locations in your pitch, somewhere more definite, or two locations that would work well together may be something to consider for your final piece, although due to your song choice, maybe an outside location is a good idea:):)
